How has Holly Madison changed her nose?

Famous playboy girlfriend, Holly Madison has admitted to plastic surgery, including having rhinoplasty. Looking at her before and after photos, its easy to see that the tip of her nose is more defined, as well as the sides. Also the bridge seems to have been shaved down to give that sloped look. Holly kept the changes minimal so as not to give her face a dramatic new look, and says she doesn't plan on anymore surgeries.
